Pay Civic Association Dues
Civic Association Dues are $20 per year ($10 for homes on Foulk and Shipley Roads). Dues are used to pay for snow plowing, community events, and other approved community expenses.
For Renters, if the homeowner has agreed to pay, it is your responsibility to alert them that dues are due. Otherwise, it is expected that you will pay as will receive the benefits.
